The present invention relates to a drug delivery carrier comprising polymer particles or a lipid structure, which is covalently bonded with an AP-GRR peptide (SEQ ID NO: 1) as a cell penetrating peptide or a peptide chain including the peptide, or modified to the peptide chain including the peptide. In addition, the present invention relates to a composition comprising a drug delivery carrier and a physiologically active ingredient collected inside the carrier. In the case of the drug delivery carrier of the present invention, bioavailability of macromolecules can be increased by effectively delivering the macromolecules, which are difficult to be inserted inside a cell, into the cell of a living body.
