Disclosed by the present invention is a double pillow capable of: providing a customized cervical support function not only for a first user but also for a second user； and being used for different body sizes. For the above, the double pillow provided by the present invention includes: a back head seating unit which has a recessed surface formed to be recessed to be round； a head seating unit which is formed with a face seating unit extended to both sides of the back head seating unit in order to support a head when lying sideways； a first supine seating unit which is included in the upper part of the back head seating unit and supports a neck in a C shape by having a convex surface protruding to be round； and a second supine seating unit which is included in the lower part of the back head seating unit and supports the neck in a C shape by having a convex surface protruding to be round.
