PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a seedling transplanter to be compact and improve operationability of the machine by preventing interference of wheels with a lift link mechanism by rationally arranging a control lever for controlling the amount of seedling takeout and an adjustment lever for adjusting a planting depth.
SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is constituted by installing a seedling planting unit to be liftable to a traveling vehicle body laterally having travel wheels 3, 3 through the lift link mechanism 7. The seedling transplanting unit takes out the seedlings one by one from a laterally moving seedling stand. One end of a lead cam shaft 16 for laterally moving the seedling stand is installed between the lift link mechanism 7 and one of the lateral travel wheels 3 in the lateral direction. The control lever 30 for controlling the amount of seedling takeout which changes the amount of the seedlings to be taken out by moving the seedling stand upward and downward is installed between the one end of the lead cam shaft 16 and the other one of the lateral travel wheels 3. The adjustment lever 32 for adjusting the planting depth which changes the planting depth by vertically changing floats 14, 14, 14s is installed between the one end of the lead cam shaft 16 and the lift link mechanism 7.
