PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grass mower blade and a grass mower capable of improving work efficiency.SOLUTION: In a grass mower blade 1, a connection part 11 for connection with a grass mower 3 is formed. In a periphery of the connection part 11, a peripheral part 21 is arranged, the peripheral part enlarging with the connection part 11 as a center. The peripheral part 21 includes: a first inclined part 22 and a second inclined part 23. The first inclined part 22 is present in a circumference shape with the connection part 11 as a center and is inclined upward toward an outer edge side of the grass mower blade 1.
