In accordance with one aspect, there is provided an inter-couple proximity sensitive stimulation system for use during intercourse, the system comprising: a stimulator wearable, the stimulator wearable comprising: a housing configured for being worn by a wearer during intercourse with a partner yet while allowing sexual penetration by the partner； an erogenous zone stimulation device supported by the housing, a sex partner intercourse proximity detector supported by the housing, the proximity detector configured for detecting an intercourse proximity in use； and a control circuit operably coupled between the intercourse proximity detector and the stimulation device and wherein the control circuit is configured for controlling the stimulation device according to the intercourse proximity.
