PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device that can optimize an arrangement of wiring and piping, and can obtain a high quality image.SOLUTION: A radiation detection device 10a includes: a radiation detector 101 that detects radiation an electric circuit board 110 that controls the radiation detector 101 a cooling unit 120 that cools the radiation detector 101 and the electric circuit board 110 and a housing 102 that houses the radiation detector 101, the electric circuit board 110, and the cooling unit 120. At least an outer surface of the housing 102 has a recess 140a recessed to a back surface part 131 opposite to a side where the radiation enters, and to a side surface part 132 adjacent to the back surface part 131.
