The present invention provides a physiological detection system, which comprises a face mask wearable by a user and being introduced with gas therein for respiration a processing unit a first transmission unit and, a sensor configured on the face mask. The sensor is used to sense the gas status within the face mask, such as temperature, humidity, flow volume, pressure or carbon dioxide content, and generates a sensing signal based on the gas status to be transmitted to the processing unit through the first transmission unit.
