PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic obtained by using an ultramarine blue pigment of an inorganic pigment exhibiting a vivid color of pink to blue, and having excellent temporal stability as viscosity change.SOLUTION: The water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic contains (A) a divalent metal salt and (B) the ultramarine blue pigment surface-treated with silicones.
