The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition which includes the extracts of mulberry roots (Morus alba), Korean spicebush (Lindera obtusiloba), and Chinese bush-clover (Lespedeza cuneata) as active ingredients, and ameliorates skin wrinkles. The present invention extracts the mulberry roots, Korean spicebush, and Chinese bush-clover under the optimal conditions, measures the yields thereof, measures the antioxidant, skin-whitening, and anti-wrinkle activities of the extracts, and develops a cosmetic composition in the form of cream or serums to confirm the efficacy of ameliorating the skin-wrinkle alleviating activity.
