PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel composition excellent in a wrinkle improving action, and an anti-aging skin cosmetic containing the composition. SOLUTION: The composition for improving wrinkles is characterized by combining a licorice leaf extract and at least one of four types of a Japanese quince extract, a King Ginka extract, a Yokuinin extract and a pearl protein hydrolyzate. Will be provided. It is preferable to combine four types of Touki extract, Kingfish extract, Yokuinin extract and pearl protein hydrolyzate. Further, there is provided a wrinkle-improving skin cosmetic comprising the above-mentioned wrinkle-improving composition.
