The present invention relates to an antimicrobial peptide derived from oyster and a pharmaceutical composition for antibacterial use containing the same.The antimicrobial peptide according to the present invention is an analogue design with cgMolluscidin, a peptide derived from the gill gum, and is designed so that the number of amino acids can be reduced and commercialized. It is also an antimicrobial peptide with excellent antimicrobial activity despite reduced amino acids. In addition, the antimicrobial peptide has low membrane permeability, strong DNA binding ability, or low hemolytic activity.본 발명은 참굴에서 유래한 항균 펩타이드 및 이를 함유하는 항균용 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 항균 펩타이드는 참굴의 아가미로부터 유래하는 펩타이드인 cgMolluscidin을 가지고 유사체를 디자인한 것이며, 또한 아미노산 수를 절감하여 상용화가 가능하게 디자인 하였다. 또한 절감된 아미노산에 불구하고 항균 활성이 우수한 항균 펩타이드이다. 이뿐만이 아니라 상기 항균 펩타이드는 막 투과성이 낮고, DNA 결합력이 강하거나 또는 용혈 활성도 낮다.
