The implement consists of a bearer frame (1) coupled to a tractor on a three point coupling (2). The frame comprises a horizontal arm (12) carrying the working tool (3) which revolves on a horizontal axis (4). The tool consists of a number of cutter scoops (5) on the ends of radial arms (8) connected to a revolving drum (9). Each scoop has a vertical blade (6) with a spade (7) at right angles joined to the back edge so that the blade leads the spade in the rotary direction. USE/ADVANTAGE - A simple and cheap tool to make holes following which plants can be set by hand.
