A welding mask, comprising: a mask casing (40)； a head belt structure (60) for fixing the mask casing (40)； a head-up display auto-darkening filter (10) fixed on the mask casing (40)； and a light-transmitting protection sheet (20') provided in front of the head-up display auto-darkening filter (10) on the mask casing (40)； the head-up display auto-darkening filter (10) comprises a head-up display (10c) for displaying various operating parameters of the auto-darkening filter (10)； the head-up display (10c) is arranged between the auto-darkening filter (10) body and the protection sheet (20'), such that the operating parameters displayed as emitted light on the head-up display (10c) are imaged to the eyes of a wearer of the welding mask through the protection sheet (20') when the auto-darkening filter (10) is in a transparent state.
