PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that enables examination images intended for explanation to patients to be efficiently shown to the patients.SOLUTION: A report input screen creation unit 62 creates a screen including a photographed examination image. A first reception unit 54 receives a selection operation of a first examination image to be attached to an endoscope examination report. A second reception unit 56 receives a selection operation of a second examination image not to be attached to the endoscope examination report. A registration processing unit 72 registers the first examination image that the first reception unit 54 has received the selection operation, and the second examination image that the second reception unit 56 has received the selection operation as an image for explanation to a patient.
