PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a good-quality sheet-like cell culture product clinically high in safety.
SOLUTION: There are provided a method for producing a released sheet-like cell culture product, comprising (i) a process for sowing cells on a substrate, (ii) a process for pressing the cells to the substrate, (iii) a process for culturing the cells to form a sheet-like cell culture product, and (iv) a process for releasing the formed culture product from the substrate and the cell culture product produced by the method.
