CONSTITUTION: A high pressure food liquefaction apparatus comprises a base(10) to assemble and install parts of the high pressure food liquefaction apparatus at an upper part； a frame(12) of which both ends are fixed with a fixing device； a vessel body(40) to include a sample therein； first and second pressure parts(41)(46) closely adhere both ends of the vessel body； and an adhere operation unit(3) adheres to one side of the first pressure part.
