The present invention relates to a hoist for a fish trap for farming, and more specifically, to a hoist for a fish trap for farming, wherein a fish trap for farming is thrown on a hoist installed at a vessel before being rotated towards a worker such that the heavy fish trap for farming may be easily retrieved into the vessel, thereby improving efficiency in collecting marine plants. To this end, the present invention comprises: a vessel body fixating plate having both sides of a square plate bent in a right-side opened square shape to form a guide groove, a fixating hole formed at both side portions of a bent upper surface, and a bolt fastening hole formed at upper and lower portions so as to be fixated to the deck of a vessel or an upper surface of a vessel side wall by bolt-coupling； a base plate having a square shape with a plate fixating hole formed at both side portions to be inserted into the vessel body fixating plate in order to be fixated by a fixating means including a bolt and the like while the fixating hole and the plate fixating hole communicate with each other, wherein a shaft hole is formed at a central portion, and a bolt insertion hole is formed at both sides of the shaft hole； a plurality of shafts and guide rods which are vertically screw-coupled to the shaft hole and the bolt insertion hole； a direction control plate of a rectangular shape having a predetermined length, wherein a shaft hole is formed at a central portion such that the shafts and the guide rods may be inserted thereinto, and a rotary guide slot of an arc shape is formed after being spaced with a predetermined interval at both sides of the shaft hole； a motor fixating plate vertically fixated at an end portion of one side of the direction control plate； a rotating support plate vertically fixated at an end portion of the other side of the direction control plate； a decelerating motor fixated at the motor fixating plate； a shaft rod coupled to a shaft of the decelerating motor, an
