The movable portion includes two fans 35, 37, a directing arrangement 39, one or more substance suppliers, and one or more motors 53. The two fans are arranged to counter-rotate relative to each other to blow air towards each other. The directing arrangement is for directing the air towards the plants. The one or more substance suppliers are for supplying to the 10 air substance to be carried by the air to the plants. The one or more motors are for driving the fans. Each of the one or more motors respectively is one of a fluid motor and an electric motor.
