The transmission mechanism comprises a rotor fastened on the shaft of the driving member, and a plurality of flexible members in radial arrangement. A first end of each flexible member away from the rotor is fastened on an outer edge of the resilient film. When the driving member rotates the transmission mechanism, centrifugal forces are imparted on the plurality of flexible members, the plurality of flexible members stretches the pupil portion and the iris portion.
