The plurality of fingers, upon expansion of the stent, extends from the tubular structure about a second longitudinal axis which is angularly offset from the first longitudinal axis. La pluralité de doigts, suite à une extension du stent, sétend de la structure tubulaire autour dun second axe longitudinal qui est décalé au niveau angulaire du premier axe longitudinal. Au moins un doigt de la pluralité de doigts présente une longueur supérieure à celle des autres doigts.
