Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung enthaltend eine ungesättigte Fettsäure oder ein Derivat von dieser, wobei die ungesättigte Fettsäure mit Sauerstoff angereichert ist und ein organisches Lösungsmittel. Die Anreichung des Sauerstoffs erfolgt durch Behandlung mit Ozon. Bei dem Lösungsmittel handelt es sich um Dimethylsulfoxid (DMSO). Die ungesättigte Fettsäure ist bevorzugt Ölsäure. Die Erfindung betrifft auch Produkte enthaltend eine solche pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung und die Verwendung der pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzung beispielsweise als medizinisches Präparat.
