The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a granuloma animal model, including the steps of injecting Mycobacterium abscessus to a laboratory animal, which is infected； and injecting immature dendritic cells to the laboratory animal, and a granuloma animal model manufactured by the method wherein the granuloma animal model can sustainably grow Mycobacterium abscessus and has necrotic spot granuloma similar in form to that of humans, thereby being applicable for studying pathology and immunological properties and for screening candidate materials for treating granuloma and candidate materials of an antimicrobial agent for Mycobacterium abscessus.본 발명은 실험 동물에 마이코박테리움 압세수스를 주입하여 감염시키는 단계； 및 상기 실험 동물에 미성숙 수지상세포를 주입하는 단계；를 포함하는 육아종(granuloma) 동물모델의 제조방법, 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 육아종 동물모델에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 육아종 동물모델은 마이코박테리움 압세수스의 지속성장이 가능하며, 인간과 유사한 형태의 괴사성 육아종이 형성되므로, 이를 이용하여 병리학적, 면역학적 특성을 연구하는데 이용할 수 있으며, 육아종 치료 후보 물질 및 마이코박테리움 압세수스의 항균제 후보 물질을 스크리닝하는데 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
