PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea leaf plucker that raises a fresh tea leaf housing body, reduces the amount of movement of the center of gravity of the tea leaf plucker when discharging tea leaves, and is highly safe.SOLUTION: A tea leaf plucker of first means according to the present invention comprises a traveling machine body that travels while straddling a tea ridge, a plucking device that reaps fresh tea leaves, a fresh tea leaf housing body, and transporting means that transports the tea leaves reaped by the plucking device to the fresh tea leaf housing body, and also comprises a holding frame that holds the fresh tea leaf housing body, and a vertical actuator that vertically moves the holding frame.
