PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IABP driving device capable of switching a usage state rapidly.SOLUTION: An IBP driving device includes: a device body that includes a body housing part which is provided with a catheter connection part formed for connecting a balloon catheter and which stores pressure generation means for inflating and deflating a balloon, and a monitor installation part 30 which is provided at the body housing part and a monitor unit 50 that includes a display unit which is arranged on a surface side and can display a drive status of the balloon catheter, and a control unit which is stored inside and controls the pressure generation means and the display unit, that is attachable to the monitor installation part in a detachable manner and that can communicate with the device body. The monitor installation part includes: a base 32 that extends in a vertical direction from the body housing part a movable part 34 that is provided at a top edge of the base and can move in a prescribed direction and a monitor insertion part 40 that is connected to the movable part.
