The invention relates to a front-internal plate for tibial pilon fractures, which forms part of a surgical treatment for stabilising joint fractures of the tibial pilon by means of open reduction and internal fixation using osteosynthesis plates, and which plate is a spiral-type L shape formed by a distal foot (1a) that adapts to the front face of the tibial pilon, and a proximal column (1b) that adapts to the internal face of the tibia, and wherein both the foot (1a) and the column (1b) have respective curvatures around the axial axis of the tibia for adapting themselves to same.La presente invención se dirige a una placa anterior-interna para fracturas de pilón tibial que forma parte de un tratamiento quirúrgico de estabilización de las fracturas articulares del pilón tibial mediante la reducción abierta y la fijación interna con placas de osteosíntesis y que tiene forma de L espiroidea formada por un pie (1a) distal que se adapta a la cara anterior del pilón tibial y una columna (1b) proximal que se adapta a la cara interna de la tibia y donde además tanto el pie (1a) como la columna (1b) tienen sendas curvatura alrededor del eje axial de la tibia para adaptarse a ella.La présente invention concerne une plaque antérieure-interne pour fractures du pilon tibial qui fait partie dun traitement chirurgical de stabilisation des fractures articulaires du pilon tibial au moyen de la réduction ouverte et de la fixation interne avec des plaques dostéosynthèse et qui présente une forme en L spiroïde constituée dun pied (1a) distal qui sadapte à la face antérieure du pilon tibial et dune colonne (1b) proximale qui sadapte à la face interne du tibia. En outre, aussi bien le pied (1a) que la colonne (1b) présentent chacun une courbure autour de laxe axial du tibia pour sadapter audit tibia.
