PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope bending tube capable of acquiring desired joining strength without elongating joining length of an operation wire and a pipe member for use in the bending tube, and a manufacturing method of the endoscope bending tube.SOLUTION: A bending tube 1 includes: a bending tube body 10 provided with a wire insertion portion 12 in an inner peripheral surface； an operation wire 13 for performing bending operation of the bending tube body 10； a pipe member 14 pressure-fitted in the operation wire 13 and locked to the wire insertion portion 12 of the bending tube body 10； and particles 22 interposed between an outer peripheral surface of the operation wire 13 and an inner peripheral surface of the pipe member 14.
