PURPOSE: A producing method of propolis using a natural coating of honeybees is provided to improve the productivity of the propolis. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of propolis using a natural coating of honeybees comprises the following steps: selecting a coating object selected from ginseng, red ginseng, red pepper, codonopsis lanceolata, bellflower roots, Japanese lady bell roots, horse radish, or their mixture； drying the selected coating object(S100)； coating the coating object with a first coating agent selected from a propolis undiluted solution, a vegetable enzyme liquid, or a red ginseng concentrate, and drying the object(S102)； inserting the obtained firstly coated product into a honeycomb, and covering the honeycomb with a black curtain(S106)； naturally coating the firstly coated product using natural propolis, beeswax, and a honeybee enzyme liquid(S108)； and compressing and centrifugal-separating the honey coated product to obtain concentrate containing high contents of propolis(S112).꿀벌의 자연 코팅을 이용한 프로폴리스 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 꿀벌의 자연 코팅을 이용한 프로폴리스 제조 방법은 (a) 인삼, 홍삼, 고추, 더덕, 도라지, 잔대의 뿌리 식품, 고추냉이, 고추, 또는 이들의 조합 중에서 선택된 코팅 대상물을 건조하여 수분 함량 20% 미만으로 준비하는 단계와, (b) 상기 코팅 대상물에 프로폴리스 원액, 식물성 효소액, 또는 홍삼 농축액 중에서 선택된 하나의 코팅 촉진용 1차 코팅제를 100 ㎛ 내지 1 ㎜ 두께로 코팅 및 건조하는 단계와, (c) 1차 코팅제가 코팅된 코팅 유도체를 준비하는 단계와, (d) 상기 (c) 단계에서 준비된 상기 코팅 유도체를 꿀벌들이 생활하는 벌집 안에 투입하고 상부를 암막으로 덮는 단계와, (e) 꿀벌들이 상기 코팅 유도체상에 2차적으로 천연의 프로폴리스와 밀랍, 꿀벌 효소액을 자연 코팅하게 하는 단계, 및 (f) 꿀벌들이 상기 (e) 단계에서 투입된 코팅 유도체에 천연 프로폴리스와 밀랍 및 천연 효소액을 코팅하여 만들어진 코팅체를 인출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따르면 면적, 시간, 동일한 위치 및 계절적 요인의 모든 조건이 동일할 경우, 망사와 같은 인공적인 규격화된 틈새를 이용하는 종래의 방식에 비하여 약 30% 이상의 천연 프로폴리스 원료와 천연 밀랍을 생산할 수 있다.
