The present invention relates to AceFaPC (1-Acetyl-2-Fatty acyl-glyceroPhosphoCholine) for use in the prevention and treatment of diseases associated with an acetylcholine deficiency. The invention also relates to the AceFaPC molecule in which Fa represents an unsaturated acyl comprising at least 14 carbon atoms, and the pharmaceutical compositions comprising same.La présente invention concerne TAceFaPC (1-Acetyl-2-Fattyacyl-glyceroPhosphoCholine) pour son utilisation dans la prévention et le traitement de maladies associées à une carence en acétylcholine.
