PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter smoothly discharging a medicine regardless of hardness of a biological tissue of a medicine discharge target.SOLUTION: This catheter 1 includes: a slender body 2 having a lumen 2a therein, and having a medicine discharge hole 7 communicating with the lumen 2a an incising part 4 connected to the body 2 through a bendable elastic part 3 and a sheath 5 through which the body 2 is inserted, and which is movable to the body 2 and stores the incising part 4 between the sheath 5 and the body 2 by bending the elastic part 3. The sheath 5 moves to the body 2, so that the incising part 4 is released from a state that the incising part 4 is stored in the sheath 5, and moves to a direction to separate from the side face of the body 2 according to elastic restoration of the elastic part 3.
