PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter and a medicine administration device, allowing easy and accurate control of a dosage of a medicine when administering the medicine to a prescribed area of a biological tissue.SOLUTION: This medicine administration device includes the catheter including: a balloon 3 expandable/contractible by supply of a fluid to the inside a first conduit 17 having a first lumen 16 communicating with the balloon 3 and a second conduit 20 having a medicine discharge port 18 and a second lumen 19 communicating with the medicine discharge port 18.
