PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a stacking number of seedling raising containers is limited and a stacked position is unstable.SOLUTION: A receiving section 16 which receives a seedling raising container A transferred from a seedling raising container transfer table 1 and a feeding section 18 which is provided ahead the receiving section 16 and stacks the seedling raising container A received by the receiving section 16 constitute a seedling raising container stacking and taking-out apparatus 10. The seedling raising container stacking and taking-out apparatus is configured that a stacking mechanism 20 is provided between the receiving section 16 and the feeding section 18, the stacking mechanism 20 has a left receiving frame 30 and a right receiving frame 31 which elevate the seedling raising container A received by the receiving section 16 of the seedling raising container A to a prescribed height, advance the seedling raising container A, which is elevated to the prescribed height, to a position above the feeding section 18 while holding the container in a substantially horizontal state, and after advancing the container, allow the seedling raising container A to go down to above the feeding section 18 in a substantially vertical state and stack the seedling raising container A on the feeding section 18, and the stacking mechanism holds the left receiving frame 30 and the right receiving frame 31 at a support position until the receiving section 16 receives the seedling raising container A from a lower position and goes up.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】育苗容器の重ね枚数の制約、重ね姿勢の不安定化。【解決手段】育苗容器移送台1より移送される育苗容器Aを受け入れる受入部16と、該受入部16の前方に設けられ前記受入部16に受け入れた育苗容器Aを段積みする送出部18とで育苗容器段積取出装置10を構成し、受入部16と送出部18の間に段積機構20を設け、該段積機構20は、育苗容器Aの受入部16に受け入れた育苗容器Aを所定高さまで上昇させ、また、所定高さまで上昇させた育苗容器Aを前記送出部18の上方にまで略水平状態に保持して前進させ、また、前進させた後に送出部18上まで育苗容器Aを略垂直状態で下降させて送出部18上に育苗容器Aを段積みさせる左受枠30および右受枠31を有し、下方位置から受入部16で育苗容器Aを受け入れて上昇するまでは、左受枠30と右受枠31を支持位置に保持するように構成した育苗容器段積取出装置。【選択図】図12
