1. A substantially anhydrous skin-friendly pharmaceutical composition comprising an isotropic dissolving mixture of (a) a hydrophilic or lipophilic nonionic surfactant； (b) a lipophilic nonionic auxiliary surfactant； (c) aacylglyceride, which may be amphiphilic or non-amphiphilic； wherein said isotropic solvent mixture is capable of forming a microemulsion in the presence of excess water； the composition further comprises a derivative or analog of vitamin D, p dissolved or solubilized in said isotropic solvent mixture, a pharmaceutically acceptable substantially anhydrous lipid carrier. The composition of claim 1, wherein the derivative or analogue of vitamin D is selected from the group consisting of calcipotriol, calcitriol, tacalcitol, maxacalcitol, paricalcitol and alfacalcidol. The composition of claim 2, wherein the vitamin D analogue is calcipotriol or calcipotriol monohydrate. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, where the amount of surfactant in the isotropic mixture is from about 5% by weight to about 90% by weight, or from about 10% by weight to about 70% by weight, in particular from about 30% by weight to about 60% by weight, such as from about 40% by weight to about 50% by weight of the mixture. The composition of claim 1, wherein the nonionic surfactant is a hydrophilic surfactant with an HLB value of>； 9.6.
