The present invention relates to a poultry feed which is prepared using Guamegi by-products in order to produce omega-3-enriched eggs and a method of preparing the poultry feed. The present invention serves to reduce the costs associated with the disposal of Guamegi by-products by utilizing the Guamegi by-products as feeds for poultry. Also, utilizing Guamegi by-products in the production of feeds can eliminate the need for costly raw materials and reduce the production costs, while imparting the benefits contained in Guamegi to the feeds thus produced, so that the eggs produced by those fed on such feeds can have an increased content of omega-3 fatty acids.
