The present invention relates to a treatment apparatus and a method for controlling same. Provided is a treatment apparatus comprising: an insertion unit which penetrates a tissue surface and can be inserted into a tissue； a bending detection unit for detecting the bending of the insertion unit occurring during insertion； and a control unit for controlling the insertion operation of the insertion unit on the basis of information detected by means of the bending detection unit. The present invention enables a treatment while the insertion unit is inserted to an exact target position and thus enhances the treatment effect. Moreover, the present invention can prevent problems such as damage to adjacent tissues due to a treatment performed when the insertion unit is not sufficiently inserted to the target position.La présente invention concerne un appareil de traitement et un procédé pour le commander.
