The invention relates to a method and a facility for the continuous sterilization of a dermocosmetic product containing an emulsifying carrier comprising at least one lipid phase and one aqueous phase, as well as an acidic polymer gelling agent, said method comprising the steps of: - emulsifying (510) the emulsifying carrier, containing the gelling agent in the non-neutralized state, at a temperature T1,such that a pre-emulsion is obtained； - sterilizing (520) the pre-emulsion by means of a thermal process until a sterility level F0 equal to or greater than 15 is obtained； - finalizing (530) the product in a sterile mixer at a temperature equal to or less than T1, the finalizing step comprising the neutralization of the gelling agent such that the final viscosity and stability of the product are obtained.L'invention concerne un procédé, et une installation pour la stérilisation continue d'un produit dermo-cosmétique comprenant une base émulsive comprenant au moins une phase grasse et une phase aqueuse ainsi qu'un gélifiant polymère acide, lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : - émulsionner (510) la base émulsive, comprenant le gélifiant à l'état non neutralisé, à une température T1, de sorte à obtenir une pré-émulsion； - stériliser (520) la pré-émulsion par un procédé thermique à un niveau de stérilité F0 égal ou supérieur à 15； - finaliser (530) le produit dans un mélangeur stérile à une température égale ou inférieure à T1, l'étape de finalisation comprenant la neutralisation du gélifiant de sorte à obtenir la viscosité finale et la stabilité du produit.
