PURPOSE: A method for extracting an anti-cancer active ingredient from garlic is provided to improve the yield of diallyl sulfide, diallyl disulfide, and diallyl trisulfide and to simplify the extracting process. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting an anti-cancer active ingredient from garlic comprises: a step of washing and pulverizing garlic(S101,S103); a step of putting the pulverized garlic into a steam container and heating by steam heat(S105); a step of evaporating the garlic oil and discharging the garlic oil(S107); a step of centrifuging the garlic oil(S109); and a step of storing the garlic concentrated oil(S111). The garlic concentrated oil contains 2.38 wt% of diallyl sulfide, 60.84 wt% of diallyl disulfide, and 33.48 wt% of diallyl trisulfide.
