An external fixation component comprises two capture members adapted tocaptureindependently first and second elements of the fixation system. Between them,a rotationmember is provided, coupled to both capture members for their rotation aboutthree axesrelative to each other. Two rotation blockers provide an interface surface tobe in contact witha complementary interface surface of one of the capture members. The rotationmembercomprises a central disc element forming a rolling surface as a complementarysurface toinner cylindrical surfaces of the corresponding rotation blocker and two nuts,associated to thelocking screw of the corresponding capture member and extending through thecorrespondingrotation blocker for engaging the corresponding nut for an individual lockingof each capturemember.
