PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reperfusion device in treatment of acute myocardial infarction that can suppress the occurrence of reperfusion injury in treating acute myocardial infarction.SOLUTION: A reperfusion device in treatment of acute myocardial infarction includes a balloon, a balloon inflating/deflating device, a Ringers lactate supply device, and a control part. The control part controls the balloon inflating/deflating device so that when a coronary artery is reperfused, the coronary artery is put in an occlusion state and a reperfusion state alternately by means of alternate inflation/deflation of the balloon, and it also controls the Ringers lactate supply device so that Ringers lactate is supplied into the coronary artery in which the balloon is placed at least during periods ts when the reperfusion state changes into the occlusion state.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】急性心筋梗塞治療における再灌流傷害の発生を抑えることができる急性心筋梗塞治療における再灌流装置を提供すること。【解決手段】急性心筋梗塞治療における再灌流装置は、バルーンと、バルーン膨張収縮装置と、乳酸リンゲル供給装置と、制御部と、を備える。制御部は、冠動脈への再灌流が行われる際に、バルーンの膨張と収縮とが交互に行われることにより、閉塞状態と再灌流状態とに交互になるようにバルーン膨張収縮装置に対して制御を行うと共に、少なくとも再灌流状態から閉塞状態になるまでの間tsに、バルーンが配置された冠動脈内に乳酸リンゲルが供給されるように乳酸リンゲル供給装置に対して制御を行う。【選択図】図2
