An ice pack for postnatal treatment includes an attachment pad and an ice bag. The attachment pad is provided with a bag layer. A portion of periphery of the bag layer is tightly joined onto the attachment pad to form a receiving space. The disconnected portion of the periphery has an outward extending bending edge. The ice bag is accommodated in the receiving space. The ice bag is provided with a guide trough for making a tilt thereon to form a flow guiding function.
