The present invention provides a compound of the following Formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: Formule (i) wherein X is an oxygen atom and the like Y is -CO-, -S02-and the like R1 is an optionally- substituted C1-6 alkyl group, an optionally-substituted C1-6 alkylcarbonyl group and the like R2 is an optionally- substituted C1-6 alkyl group, an optionally-substituted C1-6 alkoxy group, an optionally-substituted amino group, an optionally-substituted 5- to 12-membered monocyclic or polycyclic saturated heterocyclic group and the like R3, R4, R5, and R6 are independently a hydrogen atom and the like which exhibits excellent effects in suppressing the proliferation and sphere-forming ability of cancer cells, and can be useful as an antitumor drug or cell growth inhibitor.La présente invention concerne un composé de la Formule suivante (1) ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci : Formule (i) dans laquelle X est un atome doxygène et similaire Y est -CO -, -S02- et similaire R1 est un groupe alkyle en C1-6 éventuellement substitué, un groupe alkylcarbonyle C1-6 éventuellement substitué et similaire R2 est groupe alkyle C1-6éventuellement substitué , un groupe alcoxy en C1-6 éventuellement substitué , un groupe amino éventuellement substitué, un groupe hétérocyclique saturé monocyclique ou polycyclique ayant de 5 à 12 éléments et éventuellement substitué, et similaire R3, R4, R5 et R6 représentent indépendamment un atome dhydrogène et analogue le composé présente dexcellents effets de suppression de la prolifération et de la capacité de formation des sphères de cellules cancéreuses, et peut être utile comme médicament antitumoral ou inhibiteur de croissance cellulaire.
