PURPOSE: An antibiotic silicon packing, a heat-insulation body, a sealed container, and manufacturing methods thereof are provided to control the breeding of bacteria inside the container.CONSTITUTION: An antibiotic silicon packing for a sealed container(1) is obtained by mixing a silicone composition containing a silicon synthetic resin and shellfish oxide in the predetermined weight ratio of 100:1-4. The shellfish oxide contains powder particles obtained by roasting shells of shellfish at 800-1,300 deg. C, and crushing the shells.
