The present invention relates to a helmet type scalp care apparatus, which forms a cover worn on a head portion in a helmet shape to be easily worn and to enhance convenience, is able to alleviate a scalp trouble with rays from RGB LEDs and IR LEDs provided on the cover, and supplies cool air to the scalp by a thermoelectric element provided in the cover to alleviate hot air generated by the LEDs while cooling the head portion. The present invention comprises: an external cover (110) covering the head portion of a wearer and forming a flow-through hole (113) for enabling external air to flow through a surface； an LED module (120) positioned on the external cover (110) to irradiate a light to the head portion of the wearer； an internal cover (130) coupled to the external cover (110) as the LED module (120) is fixated to pass through and covering the head portion of the wearer； and a cool air supply member (140) provided in the internal cover (130) to supply cool air to the head portion of the wearer and discharging hot air through the flow-through hole (113) of the external cover (110).본 발명은 두부에 착용되는 커버가 헬멧형태로 형성되어 착용과정이 쉽게 이루어지는 편리함이 있고, 커버에 구비되는 RGB LED와 IR LED의 광으로 두피트러블을 완화시킬 수 있으며, 커버에 구비되는 열전소자에 의한 냉기가 두피에 제공될 수 있어서, 두부를 시원하게 하면서 LED에서 발생되는 열기를 완화시킬 수 있는 헬멧타입 두피 관리 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은, 착용자의 두부를 커버하고, 표면을 통해 외부공기가 유통되는 유통공(113)이 형성되는 외부커버(110)와, 외부커버(110)에 위치되어 착용자의 두부에 빛을 조사하는 LED모듈(120)과, LED모듈(120)가 관통되게 고정되면서 외부커버(110)에 체결되고, 착용자의 두부를 커버하는 내부커버(130)와, 내부커버(130)에 구비되어 착용자의 두부에 냉기를 제공하고, 외부커버(110)의 유통공(113)을 통해 열기를 배출시키는 냉기공급부재(140)를 포함한다.
