The present invention relates to an LED mask device for complexly managing a face and a scalp by using a combination of a visible light LED element and a near-infrared light LED element so as to complexly manage skin suitably for the face and the scalp. The LED mask device of the present invention comprises: an LED mask worn on the face of a user； and a remote control unit connected to the LED mask by wire. The LED mask includes: a mask main body； a front translucent cover； an inner cover； and an LED unit consisting of an LED element for irradiating near-infrared light having a wavelength of 800 to 900 nm and visible light having a wavelength of 600 to 680 nm. The remote control unit includes: a driving circuit for driving the LED unit； and a battery disposed to be charged and discharged. The LED mask device of the present invention can relatively reduce an effect of the electromagnetic waves that the face or the head of a user receives, has no limitation in movement during use of the LED mask, and can be used even in a place where no external power is supplied without limitations in place. Also, the breathing is smooth and the moisture is not easily formed through an exhaust hole of the front translucent cover, so the discomfort of the user is relieved. Also, the LED element performance and a lifetime can be prevented from being deteriorated by a heat dissipation structure, and eyes of the user are protected.
