PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot melt adhesive excellent in high speed coating and low temperature spiral coating, and also excellent in adhesiveness to polyethylene or nonwoven fabric； and to provide disposable products obtained by using the hot melt adhesive.SOLUTION: A hot melt adhesive includes (A) a propylene homopolymer with &le；100°C melting point obtained by polymerizing propylene using a metallocene catalyst, and (B) an ethylenic copolymer. The adhesive is excellent in high speed coating, excellent in low temperature spiral coating, and excellent in adhesiveness to a polyethylene film or nonwoven fabric. When the ethylenic copolymer (B) is an ethylene/&alpha；-olefin copolymer obtained by polymerization with a metallocene catalyst, adhesiveness with a polyethylene film or nonwoven fabric is further excellent while retaining high speed coating suitability and low temperature spiral coating suitability.【課題】高速塗工及び低温でのスパイラル塗工に優れ、ポリエチレンや不織布との接着性にも優れるホットメルト接着剤、及びそのホットメルト接着剤によって得られる使い捨て製品を提供する。【解決手段】（Ａ）メタロセン触媒を用いてプロピレンを重合して得られた融点が１００℃以下のプロピレンホモポリマーと、（Ｂ）エチレン系共重合体とを含むホットメルト接着剤は、高速塗工に優れ、低温でのスパイラル塗工に優れ、ポリエチレンフィルムや不織布との接着性にも優れる。（Ｂ）エチレン系共重合体がメタロセン触媒で重合して得られたエチレン／α-オレフィンコポリマーである場合、高速塗工適性及び低温でのスパイラル塗工適性を保ちつつ、ポリエチレンフィルムや不織布との接着性により優れる。【選択図】なし
