The present invention relates to a disinfectant composition consisting of amino acid mixtures including lysine, nisin, arginine, leucine, glycine, citric acid and valine. The disinfectant composition of the present invention is widely used because the composition without corrosion prevents harmful chloride gas or carcinogenic substances from being generated unlike an existing chloride based disinfectant and uses natural components whose level is the same as the level of a food additive, so the composition can remove pollutants with sterilization. Therefore, the composition is hardly affected to taste of food ingredients, thereby being used for washing vegetables and fruits.
