Disclosed is an iris device for an endoscope light source system which can prevent bias of a light source. The iris device for an endoscope light source system according to the present invention comprises: an iris to vary the width of a slit to adjust the quantity of light； an optical cable to transmit a light source irradiated through the slit to a subject； and a light dispersion unit installed between the iris and the optical cable to disperse the light source biasedly irradiated by the slit. Therefore, the device of the present invention can induce uniform distribution of an output light source of a probe by inserting the light dispersion unit between the iris and the optical cable to prevent the light source incident through the slit of the iris from being biasedly irradiated to the cross section of the optical cable. Also, in the device of the present invention, the light dispersion unit is formed of a rotating body having a hexagonal cross section, and a reflective material is applied to the outer peripheral surface of the light dispersion unit to promote reflection of the light source, thereby uniformly dispersing the light biased by the slit through the light dispersion unit.본 발명에서 광원의 편중 현상을 방지할 수 있는 내시경 광원시스템의 조리개 장치를 개시한다.본 발명에 따른 조리개 장치는, 내시경 광원시스템의 조리개 장치에 있어서, 광량을 조절하기 위해 슬릿의 폭을 가변시키는 조리개； 상기 슬릿을 통해 조사되는 광원을 피검체로 전달하기 위한 광케이블； 및 상기 조리개와 광케이블 사이로 설치되어 상기 슬릿에 의해 편중 조사되는 광원을 분산시키는 광분산체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.따라서, 본 발명은 조리개와 광케이블 사이로 광분산체를 삽설함으로써, 조리개의 슬릿을 통해 입사되는 광원이 광케이블의 단면상으로 편중 조사되는 현상을 방지하여, 프로브의 출력 광원이 균일하게 분포되도록 유도할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 또한, 본 발명에서는 광분산체의 구조를 단면이 육각형의 구조를 갖는 회전체로 성형하고, 광분산체 내에서 광원의 반사를 도모하도록 외주면 상으로 반사물질을 도포함으로써, 슬릿에 의해 편중되는 광원이 광분산체를 통과하면서 고르게 분산시킬 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
