PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the side leakage of a body fluid by maintaining a rising state to the skin side even when a lot of body fluid is absorbed in an absorber.SOLUTION: Each gather-forming nonwoven fabric 7 forming a three-dimensional gather rising on the skin side has a widith-direction intermediate part joined to a side edge part of a liquid-permeable front face sheet 7, and is formed with a folding-back part 7c folded back to the lateral side on the inner side of the junction part C. The folding-back part 7c is partitioned into end regions Z1, a urination port corresponding region Z2, and intermediate regions Z3. In the end regions Z1 and the intermediate regions Z3, portions positioned on the inner side in the width direction of the folding-back part 7c are joined to the liquid-permeable front face sheet 3 side, and projection margins 17 wherein the tips of portions positioned on the outer side in the width direction of the junction parts D are free end parts are formed.
