Pharmaceutical composition for reversing multidrug resistance comprising piperazine derivative or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient
PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing piperazine derivatives or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for suppressing multidrug resistance is provided to enhance cytotoxicity of a drug and to increase accumulation of an anticancer agent in cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing multidrug resistance contains a compound of chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition suppresses overexpression of P-glycoprotein which causes multidrug resistance. A pharmaceutical composition for anticancer aids containing the derivative of chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is combined with an anticancer agent.본 발명은 당단백질 활성 저해작용을 나타내는 피페라진 유도체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 유효성분으로 함유하는 다약제 내성 억제용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 화합물들은 약물의 세포독성을 증진시키는 효과가 우수하고, P-당단백질(P-gp)활성을 저해하여 세포 밖으로의 약물의 배출을 억제함으로써 암세포 내로의 약물의 축적을 증가시키므로 본 발명의 화합물들은 다약제 내성 억제용 약학적 조성물로 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 본 발명에 따른 화합물을 항암제와 병용 투여함으로써, 암의 성장을 억제하므로 항암제 보조용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
