The present invention relates to solid dietary and/or nutraceuticpharmaceutical compositions for oral use based on SAMe, or salts thereof, incombination with inositol and/or derivatives thereof and to a process fortheir preparation. The present invention relates to a method of stabilising asolid composition for oral use based on SAMe or salts thereof, making use ofinositol and/or derivatives thereof with the addition of magnesium oxide. Thepresent invention also relates to the use of SAMe, or salts thereof, incombination with inositol and/or derivatives thereof with the possible furtheraddition of melatonine, St. John's Wort and/or lemon balm for the treatment ofdepressive states and/or panic syndromes.
