The present invention relates to an inhalation device (1) having a guide gear (7) with teeth each comprising two parts having different profiles / surfaces. The upper part has a slanted / rounded surface (3.1) to form a claw wheel that engages the corresponding claw (2) so as to achieve a unidirectional rotation. The portion close to the base of the guide gear has a flat surface (3.2) around which a strip-shaped blister (5) is wound.
